Agaricus bisporus belongs Agaricaceae family, it is a top-ranked cultivated mushroom that well known its edibility. A. rich in nutrients such as carbohydrates, amino acids, fats, minerals has potential anticancer, antioxidant, anti-obesity, anti-inflammation properties. bioactive compounds extracted from this can be used treatment several common human diseases including cancer, bacterial fungal infections, diabetes, heart disorder, skin problems. opened new horizons world explore far culinary concerned.
